A listener request to hear Jimi Hendrix played backward. This show was recorded in 1989, before digital anything, so this request took some working out but was very straight forward to accomplish. I recorded the track in the stations production room on a Reel – Reel tape while something was playing live on air. When the recording was done, play the tape while in reverse on that Reel. Easy and very cool.
